Exquisite furnishings, finishes and unexpected elements are an entertainer’s dream

For a laid-back, playful vibe in the lower-level entertainment area, I introduced shades of blue to the sleek, black-and-white palette of the home’s upper levels. You guessed it – I was inspired by the ocean blues of the shark tank. Comfort, extensive seating options and providing a variety of entertainment choices topped my clients’ wish list for this space. The space had to feel luxurious, sophisticated and fun, too, like a posh, private club. Among the stand-out features are:

• Exotic, agate-topped bar with seating for 7
• Custom-designed fireplace with chrome-like surround, flanked by backlit, vertical agate panels to match the bar
• Wine tasting lounge with wine and cigar storage room
• Smart lighting control system, ranging from subdued and intimate to high-energy partying
• Hand-painted wall covering with crystal-like sparkle
• Multiple TV’s for sports, the financial markets, the Super Bowl and Oscars
• Dedicated space for the husband’s table-top shuffle board
• Golf simulator
• Beautiful, even lighting
