When friends and family visit this updated-traditional residence in Texas, they instantly feel at home. The combination of organic colors and textures with art-inspired accents yields the gracious yet lived-in feeling these clients imagined.
Environmentally friendly materials were important to all of us, such as the reclaimed French Farm house wood used as flooring in the dining room and great room. Imagine the stories that flooring could tell of the people throughout France who lived with it for generations.
Skilled artisans in the United States and from around the world contributed their craftsmanship to the exquisite, custom-designed furnishings in these spaces.
A chandelier hand-blown in Israel, a dining table hand-crafted and finished in Mexico to produce exactly the right patina.
These pieces reflect my belief that well-designed spaces enrich our lives and that the quality of materials and craftsmanship should not be compromised.
